Sam Yeung was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Sydney. She completed a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at UNSW before going on to earn her Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University.
Sam has worked across a variety of sports, with experience spanning both national and international teams. She was an intern physiotherapist with the GWS Giants AFL men’s team in 2019, travelled with the Barraneer Rays Rugby 7’s women’s team to Samoa in 2022, and supported the Australian Schoolgirls Rugby League team on tours to Papua New Guinea in 2023 and 2024. Most recently, Sam was Head Physiotherapist for the South Sydney Rabbitohs Tarsha Gale and Harvey Norman Women’s teams, and a Team Physiotherapist for the inaugural Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs NRLW squad in 2025.
She has a strong background in managing sporting injuries and post-operative rehabilitation, with particular interests in shoulders, hips, and knees. Drawing on her own passion for gym training and performing arts, Sam also has a special interest in helping dancers, athletes, and active individuals return to what they love.
Her approach combines manual therapy, dry needling, tailored exercise prescription, and clinical Pilates to deliver effective, personalised care.
