Nathan is a dedicated physiotherapist from Hong Kong who has recently moved to Sydney. He graduated from the University of Birmingham in the UK with a First-class Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy. He also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Modern Acupuncture for Rehabilitation and a Master of Sports Medicine and Health Sciences degree in Hong Kong.
Nathan has extensive experience working in hospitals, private practice, and high-performance sports settings. He has a special interest in sports injury rehabilitation and prevention, post-operative rehabilitation, and treating musculoskeletal conditions. He has previously worked in elite soccer with Birmingham City FC academy in the UK and with the Hong Kong Premier League club Kitchee SC. He has also provided coverage for high-level sports tournaments, including the FIBA 3x3 World Tour Hong Kong Masters 2022 and the CTA1000 China Tennis Tournament CCB (Asia) Hong Kong Open 2024. Since relocating to Sydney, he has continued to pursue his passion for sport and has worked with local rugby and AFL clubs, including Oatley Rugby Club, Wakehurst Rugby Club, and the Parramatta Goannas Australian Football Club.
Nathan’s treatment approach integrates manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, clinical Pilates, and patient education, tailored to support optimal recovery and performance. He firmly believes in patient-centred care, ensuring that each treatment plan is customised to meet the individual’s needs and goals.
In his free time, Nathan enjoys playing different sports and going on coastal walks.
