Cameron Hyde is a Senior Exercise Physiologist based in Sydney. Cameron has extensive experience working within the musculoskeletal rehabilitation, athletic performance and testing, strength & conditioning and chronic disease management fields. He also enjoys educating his clients in injury risk reduction programs and implementing return to sport programs following acute/chronic musculoskeletal injuries.
Cameron believes that exercise is extremely important, and he provides education and guidance for those starting to exercise and to those who wish to improve performance. Being able to see clients achieve their goals, improve lifestyle habits and watch clients achieve what was previously thought impossible is extremely rewarding. Cameron focuses on empowering his clients to achieve their goals by using an evidence-based approach.
Cameron has a history in competitive athletics, competing for Australia in the under 18’s 110m hurdles and sprint team. Cameron now enjoys endurance running and coaching with a passion in Vo2 max and Lactate threshold testing to improve performance for runners. Outside of the clinic, Cameron enjoys running, watching his team St George Illawarra Dragons in the NRL and watching the NFL.
