Mark joined our team earlier this year.
He brings over 20 years of experience, including being a director of a busy Sydney practice for 17 years.
Mark is originally from Melbourne and graduated from Latrobe University in 1993. He worked in the UK for 5 years before settling in Sydney with his family and 2 children.
Although he has a lot of experience with AFL (having played for Richmond Tigers for 4 years) he has found his expertise in educating the general (non-elite) community, of all ages, in matters of public health and exercise. This includes designing and taking Men's Health groups, 'Fitness for the Garden' programs and also trail and road running groups.
He particularly enjoys motivating those in pain and the sedentary or the exercise-averse to realise the joy of healthy movement.
Having long since retired from AFL (where he was captained by our very own Mark Stewart at Sydny Uni), he has found trail/mountain running to be a great replacement sport.
